Another old restaurant located in Taipa old town, very nice dishes and friendly service never disappoint. Various of classic dishes are well executed, make sure you reserve a table in advance.

Pretty good Portuguese food, however I don't think it's worth the price

I had her famous roasted pig and shells, which was really good, and the waitress then tried me with a dessert. Usually desserts are disappointing for me, but this lemon dish Dessert was one of the best desserts I ever had in my life. It was better than the main course, and I'm not a big dessert type. The waitresses were very friendly and the price is not so expensive.

Excellent Portuguese food. Owner chef was very friendly. Enjoyed in particular the octopus with rice which was very tender and juicy. The desserts are also very good. Would certainly go back again and a place I would highly recommend.

It’s definitely authentic and I love that it feels like the primary focus is on the quality of the food rather than customer service, but their service is also lovely. Even a dinner for two would get a good variety of dishes. I loved the green vegetable soup which had chorizo in it, seemed potato based. Octopus salad was full of fresh garden veg and packed with a heavy ratio of octopus. Will def bring my out of town friends here.
