Subway - Macarthur

The staff is fantastic. The service is extraordinary. The food is always excellent. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is definitely the top restaurant in our area.

The staff at this restaurant were friendly and made delicious sandwiches that were not overloaded with sauce. When I mentioned that my order was just chicken and cheese for my sons, the sandwich was promptly made without any extra toppings. I have had experiences at other sandwich shops where they continue to add salad, sauce, salt, and pepper even when I requested no additional toppings. The staff at this restaurant were great listeners and made my dining experience enjoyable.

Subway is good as you can pick your exact way you want your bread roll filled -- I avoid their olives but have most of the salad options

As a regular of various Subways, I do find variations in the service and freshness of the food. The Erindale store remains a touch above the others for good service, great subs filled to overflowing and food is always fresh and all bread selections are always available. My favourite sub is tuna and this is one of my yardsticks for judging a store - too much mayonnaise mixed with the tuna and it's sloppy and not nice - Erindale always gets it right.

Experience has varied. Service good but no table service - order at cash register. Specials usually very good. Food varies from average club food to better than that.
