Good day, please get back to the way that the excellent customer was at this location please. I remember when the doors opened and the team was awesome. Yesterday a staff member hiding her earbuds under a layer of braids kept saying?. what did yousay! In my head I was like you messed up twice on the snorting and didn?t follow the check list for the Ingredients on thesmoothie I?ve been getting for about 6 years after waiting about 20 min or so the smoothie was watered down tremendously. Iknow this location can snap back. I have faith it will.
The smoothie customization options are very easy to handle. The young staff is attentive and quick. I only waited less than five minutes from the moment I walked in.
I waited nearly 45 minutes for my order, and the service was extremely slow. There was one employee who seemed to be overwhelmed, but he provided good customer service. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend. I won't be going back. DO NOT GO!!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible! I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday at 10:35 AM, only to find it locked with customers waiting outside. It was 38 degrees, and there was no sense of urgency from the staff. Eventually, they opened the door and explained that there had been an incident where none of the equipment had been cleaned. They were delayed in opening so they could sanitize everything. As a customer, I don't want to hear that, and it's particularly concerning knowing that they left everything sitting out overnight without cleaning. I really question the management at this location and, more importantly, their commitment to cleanliness. I can only say I'm extremely disappointed. I doubt health inspectors would have approved of their safety practices based on what I smelled, heard, and observed from the staff at the front door! If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would!
