We went to eat at night, it was close to closing time, the floor was a little dirty. When we grabbed the food it fell. I guess the box was closed badly but the boy was still super nice to us, he repeated the order and we left Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

What a nightmare. Staff behind the counter are gone, no one looks at you, spares you a glance or tries to communicate with you. Ordering is done via an ordering column placed on the counter. This column is dirty, because everyone has their fingers on it and it is clearly not cleaned. Unreadable due to greasy fingers and sunlight. Furthermore, there are no more discounts, the pizzas cost around 14 euros and the boxes smell musty, which also makes the pizza taste like stale cardboard. The ordering experience is terrible, and the food subsequently isn't much better. In short, exorbitantly expensive food, where customer experience is irrelevant.
Placed an order at Domino's on Friday evening via Thuisbezorgd.nl. Paid for pizza (approx. €33) but never saw a pizza. Domino's shifts the blame to Thuisbezorgd (because we did not order directly from Domino's) and Thuisbezorgd shifts it to us, the customer, because according to them the telephone number was entered incorrectly. The latter is not correct, but consultation is not possible. The only option is contact via a chat box. Result...pizzas paid for and never delivered. Totally customer unfriendly approach, so never order from Thuisbezorgd or Domino's again.
