I had a terrible experience with a manager named Tal. It's clear that I won't be returning to this place. Very disappointing.

The service was absolutely terrible. The attitude of the branch manager named Tal is beyond criticism! At the Ma'ale Adumim mall branch, it is not possible to purchase a personal gluten-free pizza! If you want to buy a pizza for your 3-year-old daughter, you have to buy a whole tray for 75 shekels. Tal's response to the question of why individual portions aren't available was that it’s not profitable for her! But for the customers, it certainly doesn’t make sense to buy a 75 shekel tray just for a few bites. It's simply outrageous. One thing is for sure, we will not be returning there again.
