Hiway Cafe - Lyons

There's a lovely roadside cafe in Nebraska that serves incredible Broasted Chicken and tasty daily specials. I've been a devoted customer for 37 years, and I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town.

This charming hometown cafe was a delightful stop on our trip to Lyons in Northeast Nebraska. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the food was excellent as well. I have to say, they serve the best Hot Beef Sandwiches in the Midwest, but be sure to arrive before noon if you want to enjoy one!
