Dunkin' - Lyons

I've been going to this dunkin for my morning coffee for the last couple of weeks and everytime there is an issue. Whether it be the employees are too busy talking to take orders, they get the order completed incorrect because they on not focused on whatthey're doing or getting handed a broken cup that covers me in scalding coffed upon my first sip and then getting it remade andhaving it be wrong. Workers seem like they're treated well but that doesn't make for good service considering no one in thereseems to care for their job or the product they are providing.

Organized, clean, and safe. Good coffee. Diverse donuts. Reasonable prices. Helpful and respectful staff. Thank You!

The mocha cappuccino blast had WAY TOO MUCH mocha drizzle in the cup and then more on top, plus it was watery/ thin when it's ment to be like a shake!

Hazelnut cream no sugar. Sounds simple? Sometimes you just can't get it right. ???? Breakfast sandwich with basil is Amazing!

Went to this location back in May, there was a fly inside my son's avocado toast, when I reached out to corporate I was given the run around and redirected to store manager. Store manager blamed it on the avocado company they receive their spread from.They said I would receive a refund in the mail, still have not received. Have reached back out as I didn't receive anything andstill have not heard back from anyone. Have not and will not return to Dunkin after this experience
