Last night. I was finally able to test this restaurant that I had heard about, very popular so think about booking a few days before! Excellent dining on the terrace!! Not very expensive, good portions, lots of choice. There was a little waiting, however, understandable.
Careful, quick and pleasant service. Fresh dishes, full of flavors and easy to share (to taste everything! A warm and warm atmosphere, perfect for a drink with friends or a family meal. Prices are very affordable for the quantity and quality of the dishes according to me.
Excellent Mexican restaurant that stands out from its competitors by the quality of the products served and the originality of the dishes offered. Think about booking! Here, Mexico's flavors are at the rendezvous for a very good price.
How do I recognize a good taqueria? In the menu we do not read tacos pork, tacos pork pineapples, beef a whole listing of ingredients but the real names of the different iconic tacos such as Barbacoa, al pastor,cochinita, etc...Thank you for making them honor. He was the only one to offer at least 4 iconic on his map unlike elsewhere and we do not even count the other traditional entries or dishes offered. Apart from the verduras to the cactus, we tested all the tacos and it was a faultless one even on those of which I had an apprehension. Each cooking was perfect, seasoning also, even the chicken that is easy to overcook was juicy. Special mention for their cakes that have flavor and not simply a taste, cakes with a taste of corn, flour or wheat it is found but really good there hat, we often remember a tacos when it is good but most often of the garnish and not the latter, hence the fact that it is the second strong point of this restaurant. Good taste, good thickness, even I who am slow to eat everything was held and no galette was disembosed. Tacos are perfect in many ways because a good tacos must be eaten traditionally in 2 to 3 bites (4 maximum for small eaters like me haha). My biggest blow of heart and indispensable, their barbacoa tacos, clearly the best I ate, the texture of the meat was crazy, melting like butter, wrapping, juicy but without the fatty texture in the mouth, seasoned, super aromatic a happiness! The chef cooked the meat for a whole week when the traditional barbacoa is 6 o'clock, it could only be crazy, a real slap this barbacoa. Another strong point, they offer carne asada as the taqueria de mexico! Basically a good kilo of meat to garnish even its cakes. We were repused but we look forward to coming back to test this on the next trip. In dessert I chose the pastel of tres leche that was perfect, the kind of dessert that even repu goes alone because all light, no need to be hungry for the 'engloutir. Light texture, round flavor with sauce, creamy without being heavy, very good sweet strawberries well ripe, still a blow of heart. Another important point in the experience, the barmaid and its crazy creativity mezcal-based cocktail level. Generally restaurants that offer cocktails make them relatively basic, which is not at all the case here. Flats at the level not to say tacos well above many that I was able to eat in terms of quality and performance and cocktails that are as much. What does the people demand? Small advice: not only take cocktails as an aperitif but also during the meal as they magnify the flavors. Special mention for the Agave 2.0 cocktail that with the smoked side of the mezcal magnifies the meats, as well as the one with a more corsé vermouth that will sublimate the salsa sauce. Best combo for Agave 2.0, tacos barbacoa or pescado even so honestly perfect with all. We even had the right to a cocktail offered, creation of the barmaid based on watermelon and mint, with only and spice to the absolutely crazy edge. Service rather fast, a team with little care but especially conviviality, a beautiful energy. It's many employees who do their job well, but when you feel the passion behind the smiles, the pride behind each creation is a big plus and that's what makes this restaurant really the essence of an authentic taqueria. We came at a rather quiet time (2 or 3 tablets only) and came out seeing the crowded restaurant, smiling customers. Nothing to say, a faultless, perfect.
