Le Vietnam - Lyon

We ate in le vietnam, which is close to our apartment in lyon, for the first time recently. we were very pleasantly surprised. very good eating, fast and efficient service and a small but beautiful wine selection. we will often return. highly recommended.

We went twice and eating was amazing. the choices were great so there was something for everyone. the size of serviettes was extremely generous. the aromen were beautiful. service was also great.

This restaurant is a heart blow for me I only go twice a year but the staff is nice. the map is interesting and I am rarely disappointed with my choices. When the plate arrives, the serving is suitable and the delicious sauces. food is fresh. I recommend.

The kitchen is excellent and extremely fresh. It's a pleasure for taste buds. To do absolutely.

I can't say it was bad. We were pretty happy overall. or rather mitigated with, among other things, too fat, a caramel pork very little sweet and fat. However, in terms of Vietnamese specialties it is a bit poor, has left the bo bun and the pho. No, it's the chef's kitchen after all. but for the slightest originality/speciality of the banh cuon, for example, the price goes away. 16 euros the entrance of banh cuon...And it is my feeling on the whole card accentuated by very small quantities (at 15-24 euros the dish without the accompaniment). Maybe the neighborhood wants this...Another very nice service and a rather nice setting.Each one will make his idea, unfortunately, I will continue my quest for the restaurant to come to Lyon.
