Bidra med feedbackMaisons Bocuse, a reference to Lyon. However, I had asked for 2 cups of champagne when I was booked by the Internet, we never had them, and the table too benchal, it was the party menu that served as a table foot. For the rest, it is perfect, very good products, very well cooked, professional service and impeccable. The 4 course menu is of unbeatable quality. I highly recommend.
Reas in love reserved in advance. For gin lovers, a lot of interesting proposals. Flavoured meals, velvet mushrooms and waffles... with their caramel and whip... Very good meal, with always this bunny to fall.
Delicious meal for our first wedding anniversary! Servers are very friendly and efficient! Seasonal products. I recommend warmly
Dinner with successful friends, typical dishes from Lyon to the top especially onion soup and exzellent pike qunelle, my husband took the brioche but a priori a little dry because served without sauce. Otherwise all the rest tadellos
Based on my hotel’s recommendation they booked a table here. Was quite busy with 2 couples in front of me being turned away for not having a reservation. Was good to see some young local families with kids enjoying the restaurant, gives you a bit of certainty that the restaurant isn’t just a tourist styled one. Like it has embroidered cloth napkins but is very laid back with paper sheets on tables although it has an old school gentlemans club vibe to it. Service was a bit hit and miss to be honest, a lot of younger staff who are still finding their feet. Friendly, but missing the finer points of when to do stuff and when not. Trying to take my plate away as I had a piece of bread in my hand, mopping up the tasty gravy not good. Strange first dish (a Saucisson Chaud Pistache en Brioche), sort of a sausage in a brioche bun which is a Lyonais specialty. It looks salami like but is like a normal sausage in flavour, enjoyed this. Followed by a Bresse chicken with vinegar and tarragon, which was nicely done. I enjoyed the five flavours of sorbet although I started to struggle as portion sizes were quite generous. Had some nice wines by the glass which is good to see, had a random Condrieu, a Thalabert (Jaboulet) and a Trimbach VT 2011 to finish off proceedings.
