The warm setting of Les Halles is great for eating a piece of Lyonnaise gastronomy, the waiters are pleasant and don't lose their smile even during rush periods. The Lyonnaise sausage au gratin is a treat, the sapper's apron is well executed and for once when they sell you a chocolate fondant it's a real fondant (cooking is not always mastered in restaurants. Area for improvement: maybe put a slightly more decorated plate, have an apron and two potatoes on a white plate, it looks a little sad despite the quality of the dish

Very good address for who loves Lyon cuisine. This is not necessarily my case, but I recognize the quality of the products and I enjoyed the neighbourhood restaurant.
