Bidra med feedbackWe chose my birthday dinner. It quickly became the worst birthday dinner I ever had. They gave us the wrong burger, so I had it right. They brought out the new burger and opened it to find the meat patty was actually meat sticks. Not full of lump. Burger was very pink when I specifically asked not to be. The bacon on the burger looked very undercooked and limp. The waiter made the excuse that it is completely cooked and safe to eat, but it still has no way to see appetite or even cooked. We also ordered a chicken salad and they burned the chicken and thought I wouldn't notice it so they flipped it. It was so dry and hard. The waiter didn't even come by to give us a refill on groundless pommes. We didn't have to pay for the burger, and we both left hungry because we couldn't even eat the food. Possibility to have rewards leave customers very unsatisfactory.
Now I usually wait before reviewing a place when I?ve eaten at it twice so that how bad this RR location is, so first it was next to impossible to call in to request a table (they don?t do reservations) it took me twelve to fourteen tries before I was finally able to get through to the place almost like they were purposefully not taking my call, however when we got there we were greeted with the kind of respect you?d get at a chain restaurant (kindness and respect) our waitress was diligent and quick when it came to getting drinks ordered, then when the full party arrived she was quick to order the rest of the drinks and food, I will say this for a fact their alcoholic drinks are top notch so I?d order those again. However I feel that this franchise needs to have some work done as the bathrooms felt a bit cramped and worn, when it came time to eat the food was lacklustre; the waitress got my mothers order wrong once more which seems to happen a lot more lately in the Alderwood area. But nonetheless the food was lacklustre my burger had an odd taste to it like cardboard/paper other than that it was a somewhat of a good holiday lunch, I give it two stars one for the diligent service and the other for the restaurants atmosphere; will my family and I eat here again? No probably not.
Sadly this location has turned into what this photo shows...TRASH. I can understand Covid has impacted alot but this goes beyond that and after giving them chance after chance the last year after dining at this location for 20+yrs we are DONE until they revamp, remodel, and get new management most importantly!! Most servers have an attitude and can care less to be there, or help you if there is an issue the customer somehow gets blamed etc. The food is sub par overcooked fries in old oil, cheese sticks that are still half frozen upon being served, burgers missing most of their toppings, mixed up drinks from the bar, I could go on. They make no effort to improve over all these months, which is sad. Tried to give feedback to a manager [Don] and he kept pushing me along to finish, didn't apologize for anything we dealt with [that they messed up on], and swiftly dismissed us so he wouldn't have to hear anything more. It was ridiculous. The only good thing is they did finally re upholster their booths but the outside has trash all around the building and the building/bathrooms itself are in disrepair. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Waitress was super helpful with nutritional information for our diabetics sister. Food was amazing. So many endless fries shortly after we sat done. Overall a very good experience
I have to say that I stopped coming here for awhile because the service was bad. Today we sat in the bar and service and food were both excellent! Love the bottomless garlic fries. Washed it down with delicious trixter beer. Even the waitress stopped to check if we got our second batch of bottomless garlic fries.
