Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lynnwood

Yesterday was the worst experience my family had here at this restaurant. We've been here numerous times over the years but it hasn't been this awful like yesterday. The entire crew was new with Katie being the store manager. Entire kitchen and connected areas were absolutely filthy, messy and disgusting. The food was inedible due to either contamination or being burnt or having painfully too much salt. The restaurant worker boy who took our order is not nice at all and this punk should have never been given this for a job. The crew didn't bother stocking supplies such as cup lids or keeping the soda machine working. We wasted 30 dollars and just threw away our food.

Qdoba... Mexican Grill Prepared at the counter with ready made fresh ingredients... Qdoba offers an array of delicious choices from guacamole to grilled bell peppers... fresh salsas... beans and rice. The menu options include a full bowl, Burrito... or Taco shell... Order the Adobo chicken or vegetarian... Health conscious foods are your best choices... You can't go wrong when you think healthy especially here at Qdoba. Be prepared for hearty proportions... They'll give you more than you might be prepared for... Be forewarned. With that said Qdoba is an excellent option over other fast food establishments... Your provided health conscious foods made from the freshest ingredients. I've been very pleased each and every time I've eaten here. I've become a regular customer. And Qdoba I'm proud to say is one of my favorite restaurants. Do come to Qdoba...

There food is good when they are not locking the door at noon or 1:00 because they ran out of food and need to cook more. Horrible way to do business! Both times went for lunch and this happened?.are you kidding me! Learn how to make the correct amount of food, have the appropriate amount of staff workings. The manager stands behind the counter the last time we were able to eat there telling customers how much he hates his job!! It shows! Good job Qdoba!

It was closed during business hours. Associates were inside the location. When they watched us walk up to the locked doors, along with other potential customers, they just stared and shrugged. No signs, no explanation. It's probably better that I didn't put any of their food in my body. I saw at least 15 people try to get food from them while writing this review. They also didn't answer the phone. Never tried Qdoba, but this is probably a sign to head to Chipotle, and never try this chain.

Qdoba was amazing. It was my first time at Qdoba. I've only ever been to Chipotle before this. The Chipotle locations I was eating at were always out of certain foods and that ruins the experience because it's all the different foods that makes it so delicious so if even one ingredient is missing it's very disappointing. Qdoba did not disappoint though. In fact I'll be eating at Qdoba over Chipotle from now on!
