Bidra med feedbackThis place is NOT hyped! From Seattle, the Haystack BOMB plus they have handcrafted bread for sale for $5 was like coming. Also I got an Americano and it was great to mention other reviews that the coffee is so, but I think it was well done. Ambiance was also secret and comforting, my wife is excited about details and she loved it too. 5/5
I was in Lynden at a silversmith workshop. I knew I probably wouldn't have a chance to have a lunch break, so I had a second breakfast at The Avenue Bread Café. While it was a smaller breakfast, it hit the place and held me for over 5 hours. Her freshly baked multigrain was fantastic, the eggs perfectly softly posing and the ham was thick and tasty (not excessively salty as some places serve). Coffee was also pretty good! Finally, prices were reasonable. I'd definitely be back!
Haystack Breakfast was great, some dry needed some salsa or sauce But it was great
All avenue breads are very good, but Lynden is by far the best. Much larger menu with large salads. But it's hard not to get an egg for breakfast and the BLTT for lunch. Classic.
Our second time coming to this wonderful restaurant. We love the extensive menu, and the fresh breads. Try the soups, they are so flavorful. Check or my sandwich, roast beef on rye. There is a great bookstore attached to the restaurant too.
