Red Lobster Lynchburg

Faster service and eating was very good and hot. we have enjoyed the service and the friendliness of the staff.

We only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious.

The visit was fine. It's a chain restaurant, so we knew what to expect. The service was decent, but I would have preferred to sit further away from other people, which didn't happen. Overall, it wasn't bad, but there isn't much to attract me to return, except for convenience.

We waited for over 45 minutes for our food, only to receive incorrect, cold, and unappetizing dishes. Our server had trouble understanding English and disappeared after bringing our drinks, forcing us to seek out a manager for assistance in getting a new server. The experience was subpar once again, and I have decided it will be my last visit. Despite giving this establishment multiple chances, the combination of bad service and poor quality food indicates inadequate management.

We visited on a Saturday night following a Liberty football game. We used call ahead seating for a party of 6 and we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving (6:15pm). However, the service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to come for our drink orders and then another 10 for the drinks to arrive. We had been seated for an hour and 45 minutes and did not have our dinners yet. We spoke to the manager and asked for a discount because of the wait and were given 25% off our bill. The food, when it arrived, was warm and delicious. However, I would not recommend this place on a busy weekend night.
