Satsuki Japanese - Lynbrook

I'm not sure why another reviewer said this place isn't good anymore, as we eat here frequently and have always had a great experience. The fish is fresh, and the rice is cooked perfectly—not overly pressed like a golf ball. This is a solid sushi spot, conveniently located if you're in the area. My only complaint is that they primarily offer the most popular fish options, such as tuna, salmon, shrimp, and ikura, but they rarely have items like sea urchin or octopus. Overall, for a nice family sushi dinner at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong here.

My father opened this restaurant on Sunday, March 26th.

It's disappointing to find that Satsuki has closed down without any explanation or public announcement.
