Luce Restaurant - Luzern

We ate at this restaurant because we stayed at the hotel and we arrived around 7pm in the evening. The portion sizes were tiny but with a big price!. I had steak, which was two small Pieces of steak (not tender), 1 miniature baby carrot,...1 tiny broccoli, 2 radishes and a baby zucchini sliced in half. husband had Scallops (3) on a plate by themselves. The hotel concierge advised us of how restaurants are not allowed to charge for water and yet when we got our bill they charged 3 CHF, I enquires about this and was informed that they donate the money to an African community charity at the end of the year... I’m all for supporting charity but they did not inform us of this when we asked for tap water and I probably would have opted for sparking water if I knew I was going to be paying for it anyway. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Nice upscale place attached to the Radisson Blu in Lucerne. The menu was not extensive but everything was very good. Apps were very fancy and tasty.

Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Barkeeper war ähnlich der von 365 Suman. Curt Service, mit mehr als einem Hauch von Säure. Keine Ahnung von Kundenorientierung. Was das Luce Restaurant anbelangt, war es völlig desinteressiert. Unser Essen, auf dessen Bestellung Luce bestand, kam kalt und geschmacklos an.

Sehr freundlicher, angenehmer Service. Die Küche ist frisch und ausgezeichnet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Gerne immer wieder!

Super Gipfeli und sehr guter Espresso für zusammen 5,50 CHF. Angenehme Lobby- Bar-Atmosphäre. Freundlicher Service. Ruck zuck.
