Chiggeri - Luxembourg

We had the pleasure to have a wonderful experience at Chiggeri during our first night in Luxembourg. We could not be happier about our choice, the entire menu seems super interesting, so it was hard to choose from, but I really loved my choices, the foie gra raviole was divine and also the carpaccio with burrata for the main was AMAZING! The staff was super helpful and kind! The place is gorgeous and has a unique vibe.

Ambiance is perfect. Staff is super friendly. Food is tasty. Suitable for business dinners and big groups.

Dessert was the highlight. Service was outstanding, but main and entree were just fine.

Dinner in the Dark review This was so much fun! I was a bit anxious at first. It’s very overwhelming to go into complete darkness, but don’t stress, you’ll adjust. Just have a laugh about it like we did. Even though most people were French speakers, my friend and I had a blast. I loved 99% of everything I tasted (except for a specific cheese I’ve never liked- not their fault). Turns out I can identify shockingly few ingredients when I taste them but it didn’t matter. I was most concerned with leaving hungry and sober. I can confirm I am neither while writing this. Lots of wine and bread. Countless spoons of delicious food. Do this. You won’t regret it.

First visit to this restaurant! As usual randomly decided where to go but I had heard many good things about it from colleagues. Now onto my own experience: The restaurant is pretty but also only just the ground floor. The first floor is by no means ugly, rather stylish but it does not particularly stand out either. The service: Can 't complain as they were not rude or anything. However I noticed that they do little tricks such as ' 'Putting the food on hold ' ' until you notify them to bring it now so you have to wait a bit longer and hopefully buy one more drink to spend a bit more money. The variety and its choices: Ok variety and bonus point for the unique/creative choices. The quality of the food: Not bad. Rather good than bad but nothing amazing either. All in all I would describe it as a good restaurant, with an unfitting price to quality ratio. I don 't care much about the prices but I can eat just as well or better in other restaurants that are just as good looking for a cheaper price which is important to consider when comparing restaurants.
