Mont Chalet Nevada - Luwin

We spent a week at Nevada and had a great time. The location is perfect for accessing the cross-country trails, the bus stop to reach Carosello 3000 for free is in front of the hotel. We stayed in a superior room, the heated garage is included in the rate. The room is about 21 m2, a little small but well structured, furnished in wood and stone, balcony with side view of the mountains, in front you can see other hotels. We took advantage of the half board and it was an excellent choice: for breakfast, an excellent sweet and savory buffet with expressly prepared eggs, always present local products from bread to cheeses and cured meats; while dinner always included 2 or 3 choices using typical local products (TAST project), excellent dishes and preparations. A particular mention to the dining room staff for their friendliness and professionalism, Ismaele first and foremost, they made us feel at home. We tried the Fresco bar after dinner, nice atmosphere, environment and courtesy of the staff. The Spa is small but well organised, a beautiful relaxation area with a window overlooking the mountains on the Teola side, a well-heated outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, infrared, hay relaxation room, salt relaxation room, and the possibility of going out directly onto the snow after the sauna (unmatched). Ski room with heated lockers and table equipped for setting up cross-country skis with Swix stands. At reception everyone was ready to provide advice and listen to the various needs. A 5 minute walk from the nerve center of Livigno, excellent location.

We have just spent 5 days at the Nevada, a hotel in a good location. We were staying in a suite and I expected better service. Under the bed there must have been two inches of dust and for the daily cleaning instead they didn 't even decently vacuum the floor or take away at least the dirty glasses from the previous day. Breakfast definitely needs to be improved. The croissants are frozen ones and there were not many choices on the buffet, such as various types of cakes and biscuits. The waiters LOUIS and 'Nina ' are always super kind and friendly as are those in the bistro!

First time for us, we found a welcoming and well-kept environment. The spa and the warm outdoor pool are beautiful. The girl at the massage center and all the staff are very professional and ready to do the best for the facility. I recommend the internal bistro. Excellent pizza. My husband wanted to make a reservation for 8 people at the restaurant on Monday and he did not find a table until Friday. I do not understand why. More than eight different courses and no taste. Are the people going there for food or because there are not enough places to eat in Livigno? Service: 1 Location: 5
