Carrabba's Italian Grill - Lutz

We had an incredible experience with the Lutz Carrabba. Kristen was our server and was absolutely excellent. The food was extra delicious and everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back.

First time at Carrabba anywhere but tried location in Tampa. All my food was absolutely delicious. I had no complaints very good and good portions. I highly recommend, now to try Chicago restaurant where I reside fingers crossed

Fresh food and, as always, excellent service! I ordered a parmesan dish that wasn 't on the standard menu, my server said sure we can do that! and the kitchen delivered on that promise! The food was fresh and cooked perfectly, not overcooked or undercooked like at some restaurants and not just microwaved from a frozen dish. I have been coming to this location for about 25 years and the food and service is consistently good as is the service! Cannot recommend enough!

Since the COVID pandemic, we've switched to takeout orders. There was only one time we experienced an issue: after an unusually long 45-minute wait, both the servers and their supervisor claimed they couldn't find our order. However, they quickly prepared a replacement order for us and added a $20 gift card for our trouble! Shortly after arriving home, I received a request to complete an online survey. Within 30 minutes of submitting it, I received a call from a thoughtful and apologetic manager. After hearing about my experience, he graciously canceled the charge for the two dinners! Now that's what I call outstanding customer support. Carrabba's has definitely earned my loyalty.
