Dunkin' - Lusby

Went today was told after standing in line that they could not do hot food and had no pumpkin spice. We still got one drink and a donut and the donut was stale. Many people left but they kept serving hot food to the to go orders that were walking in. Will never go here again. A lot of workers and terrible service. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

The girls who work in there are extremely rude. Definitely part of the new generation. They don't feel they need to pay any attention to the customers trying to place orders. They roll their eyes. They have attitudes and they're very very ignorant. Obviously they've never been taught customer service and I absolutely can't stand their attitude anywhere else and they would have been fired. No wonder this is the only job they can get is handing people donuts. This generation is trash and so is there attitude towards customers

Dunkins donuts are never that great, especially coming from a place with donuts in the name... Service: Take out
