The meat portions in Zambia are incredibly generous, especially when compared to my home country, Kenya. The restaurant has a vibe reminiscent of a typical buffet or Nyama Choma spot, where you get to serve your sides and then wait for your meat. They offer Nshima (similar to Ugali) in two varieties: Breakfast (which is a fine processed maize meal) and Lola (which is more like the coarser poshomill maize meal). This place is only open for lunch, and it's popular with business executives and foreign visitors who come to enjoy a true taste of Zambian cuisine.
