The best bar in the city by far. wow in comparison to taipei are the foods and drinks so cheap and both offer an excellent selection of pubries. I loved the great selection of music too. the decor is beautiful, but above all the friendly owner, probably a pirat in his last living, is a real, colorful character with some great garnish to say the clientel is an eclectic mix of local students, traveling. teachers and high earning expats. we will certainly return, hopefully with a lot of mates very soon
