Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lufkin

Great popeyes! Nothing to complain about and the staff were well trained and very pleasant personalities with no problems on anything ordered or wait time. Thank you guys!

I almost always get good food here. I have been let down a few times before, but they usually do great. I always get treated good though. This visit was excellent, but the last time I didn't even get to order. They had no chicken cooked and was going to take like 20 minutes. So it is hit or miss. I'll definitely be back because it's usually good.

I am a sixty-two [62] year old man from Lufkin, Texas ... Lufkin is my home and that of several generations back to the little native American girl for whom the county honors by the founders referring to her as a little Angel ... I have experienced the blessings of the LORD by having been able to eat at Popeyes all over the globe ... [Yes ... there is a Popeyes in the heart of Oxford, England] ... Yet it was in my hometown of Lufkin, Texas that I received the single most rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude from a young lady of my own people [who very well may have unknowingly been related to me by blood] who displayed the nastiest personality directly to me that I have ever encountered in sixty-two [62] years of living on and traveling across our planet ... The [only] reason that I did not contact the owner and register my grievances is because she is of my People and because others in her family may be dependent upon her modest income ... I personally will NEVER spend my money in this establishment ... After all ... It 's TEXAS ... There are simply too many other genuinely friendly environments [some in which I was the only person of Color] that serve absolute magical -to- the-taste-buds meals ...

No way they don't have no fillets for the chicken sandwiches at all all day. Disappointed ‍ customer service bad

Popeyes needs a page out Chick-fil-A book on customer service,... smile, greet the customer, politely ask to take order, don't give a blank look like you don't want to be here and that everyone is wasting your
