Best service good location of hotel rigal blu which is located on ludhiana chandigarh highway and have sufficient parking place for customers

Hotel location is good but nothing is good except location. Food quality is third class and waste of money. Cost of meals doesn't match with food quality. Very basic level of breakfast. Service is poorest. delayed response from front desk. nobody will pick call/service in night. I made more than 10call at 11pm but neither front desk pick the call nor house keeping. Cost of stay is too high as per the service and stay. AC doesn't work properly and just after check in I had changed my room. Better options are available at cheaper rate with good service.

Staying there 25th jan, given worst room .. I requested change but staff also very rude …. Very bad service.. advise to all DONT waste money …

The hotel is good as far as ambience service and food is concerned but there is a lot of grinding and furniture shifting noise during night which does not allow a comfortable stay. I wanted to stay for the second night but avoided due to noise

Nice hotel Good for small occassions. Service is also good.
