Although quiet when we arrived on a Wednesday evening, the waitress winced when we confessed to not having made a reservation fortunately she found us a table anyway. We soon understood why as it steadily filled up throughout the evening and had a very pleasant family atmosphere. In short, book to avoid disappointment! The staff spoke enough English to accommodate our appalling lack of Italian. We both had first and second courses which were generous, delicious and good value considering the quality of seafood we enjoyed. A wonderful Tiramisu was ample to share to finish our meal. We would definitely recommend here for a relaxed evening meal.

Very friendly staff, good service, nice open garden for having coffee and cigar, really good taste, seafoods and steaks are all ok, pizza is well enough and so on. mostly local people and so nice to be together with them. if you are tired or not dying to go to Lucca center, perpcet choice... also not so alternatives around. shortly if you are around, no hesitate to go...

This restaurant is one of the few open for dinner in the area and they use that very well. We arrived without reservation, there were plenty of tables available but they said everything was booked while it was already 10pm. Clearly very unfriendly atmosphere, not recommended.

From the appetizer to the sweet all really good. attentive and kind staff who advise according to the season the fresh products of the area. It is always a pleasure for many years to come back!

Very well! One of the places I prefer. Gorgeous pizzas, goose and well stuffed. first delicious, seconds of meat and fish well done. He doesn't miss anything!
