Elephant Castle Lucan

Hello. this place was a great sound as he has an amazing playground for children. we came for it and the chicken wings. but our food took 30-45 minutes to arrive. that was around 17 o'clock on Sunday, and there was a very strange noise (children excluded) we couldn't hear music playing, but something played, you could hear a hit as if a nightclub was next door! you couldn't hear what was supposed to play song, it was just a strange atmosphere. the chicken wings were beautiful, my caesar salat with huh was not great. the kinderburger was cold, the chips were ok. dessert was delicious and I loved the addition of west coast cooler on the menu. Please repair this elephant and lock and we will be back! many thanks for their help

We visited with our young kids due to the play area. We were seated next to the area, were so well cared for and looked after. Made for a very enjoyable meal with a young family. Would recommend again and again.

Firstly our drinks took 25 minutes to come. Then when our wings came (2 portions) they had no sauce on them. The other 2 people didn’t get their dinner at the same time. When we asked for more sauce for the dry wings the girl didn’t look very happy. We had ordered the nachos and there was no jalepenos or hot sauce on them as stated in menu there would be. We also had to call the waiter back for that. One of us got another drink which took over 20 mins and we were finished the dinner then and the glass then had a crack in it. Overall terribley gone down hill than it used to be.

Food was delicious but found the staff to be a bit rude. Starters took 40 mins to come out and all the food came together had to send back the mains. Mains then came out which was not what was ordered, and had to send it back again. Had to wait a long period again for main to come back out. Also very loud atmosphere kids running and screaming would not recommend for a relaxing night.

Really great option for young families! Play area is great and the service/options for children are really great!!
