Wingstop - Lubbock

Ordered online and after check-out we got 20 minutes until our order was finished. The food up and now we are home, the frits are not even secured and at the top of the bag, and cold, one of the wing orders was wrong taste, and everything was crazy cold. I called to find out what they can do to fix this, like a refund or just remake and they told me that since I took a bite and put the food into the microwave they can do something... that if I didn't take a bite and just brought it back, she could do it again.... Ok wings also how should I say if the wing is the wrong taste without tasting it? God knows it wasn't hot enough to even smell, but yes I will keep that in mind if I ever want to waste my money and order of yall again.

The wings here like or seem a bit generic, but they definitely hit the point when you have a desire for wings! The last time I left was great and very fast! Food: 3/5

As a pregnant lady and who are extra cautious about too much acid / spice, I must say I am both surprised and pleased that "mild" is actually mild. It's like buffalo, but a bit tinted. I love it. That and Hawaiian are great. The staff is always super nice. I got Hickory BBQ once and it was a bit spicier when I expected totally caught me from Gavrd, but I dig that mild. I'm back for the hotters when my rolls are made in the oven.
