Bidra med feedbackWorst Panera experience so far. Neither our sandwiches were correct, even the original ingredients lacked the sandwich. If we didn't get a bagel we ordered, we had to ask that, as well as the ingredients we missed, we were given on the page so that we could add them to our sandwiches ourselves. The bagel itself was baked and not soft. I'd be willing to suspect it wasn't baked that day. I grew up at St. Louis Bread Company and the quality has definitely suffered as the franchise has expanded. We spent $40 for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a bagel and I would have had a better meal in the subway. Very disappointed. Get a better management and get it together or greatly reduce your prices or not and lose your business. Oh and the people sitting next to us had the same problem with their sandwiches that weren't right. Panera CEO, you might want to make an undercover boss episode. Just say.
It's not my usual Panera experience. The pickles were muddy, hard bread ends. The fruit was more for a toddler; cubed mushy. And I came for soup with my sandwiches, but it was not available until after 10:00.
The worst experience with this place. Supposed Manager Destiny is very rude and very unprofessional. She decided not to tell me that my order was not in the pocket I found out when I had to work and when I called to let her know suspended on me. I called back and they never answered. I went up there, it was her voice. She said they ran out of what I ordered and they were too busy telling me bc they had 3 catering me today and over 7k in sale at the time I placed my order. When I asked about the gm, she gave me a name Stephanie and said she didn't know when she came in bc she didn't come with her schedule just her own. When I asked if I could turn to someone else, she answered Idk. I asked if the GM would be tomorrow, she said idk, I'm staying with my schedule. Very rude, very unprofessional!
Interesting. 16 stars a month. Our party of three mutually agreed that your food was over price and under boiled. Instead of eating a bowl, I tried to give reason why we didn't want to pay for this uneven dish. A Manager introduced himself as the GM and informed me that it was her policy not to reimburse food, because people don't like it would only raise this question by preparing another meal. She also informed me in a unique way that did not make as other restaurants operated the same way. (Lol) I thought I had a good argument and a cause to ask an escalation point of contact beyond her, and after two attempts to reconcile this matter peacefully and calmly, she refused to speak with me and went away. It turned out that she lied when another employee informed me about the phone that she was a normal manager. Hopefully not long with this uncooperative attitude and liar spirit.
Let's start with the staff. They were amazingly friendly and helpful. Such a contrast to many restaurants these days. Razie made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start. My daughter and I split a roast beef sandwich and she also ordered a cup of pumpkin soup. The bread is amazing. The soup was sweet for my taste, but she really enjoyed it. Great experience.
