Burger Theory Grill - Lubbock

Awesome food and great atmosphere. The wait staff was very welcoming and checked on us frequently. Will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet place to dine and drink.Food: 5/5

Not impressed. We stayed at the hotel specifically for their advertised chicken and waffles. They didn’t have them the first day and we waited for over an hour for nachos. Went back the next morning and we’re told they didn’t have a working waffle maker. So we ordered off the menu. After waiting almost 2hrs our server told us they’d be closing shortly at 11am and we might as well go elsewhere. Wow. So we left.

Sat down for breakfast and had a great time! Kevin made sure my coffee cup was always full, and provided us with great breakfast reccs and tips for visiting Lubbock. Surprisingly great experience for a hotel restaurant ?

Wish it could have been better. place was clean but service not great. ordered a burger medium rare- NOT, and also lukewarm- as in left sitting. the place was not super busy so hard to understand. they’re very convenient so it was disappointing. we may try again, don’t know

It was a great experience. Mireya was the only server and she had 1 cook (Pam) due to a heavy storm; they were both great! My sister has a beef allergy and they remade a dish for her, I truly appreciated the fact they took care of us. I will be coming back I will recommend my company to utilize their business.
