Ordered a custom cake 6 days “” before I needed it and paid in advance. Shown and it was not made because “the cake person does not appear”. The helper assured me that she could have it ready in 20 minutes for cakemakers in training. I had no time to wait and told them I would be back in 4 hours. Came back 4 hours later and it wasn't done yet. They didn't know how to taste, even though I saw someone write it on the sheet and they could have called. Very disappointed

They claimed they wanted to call that they had never done it and had not made my cake. Also they had no cake to choose for me.

Ice was good, but the girls who worked today were so lazy and sour that we ordered ice again this is not a complaint on the ice only the service!

I know it's close to closing time, but...any time.... It is, we are made of ice or we clean the ice cooler. SMH.

Looked like they had been slammed but there was no one when we went in on a Saturday. The dining room was trashed but no one was making a move to do any clean up. The kid behind the counter was playing on his phone and eating an ice cream cone. They didn't have many flavors on display. I wasn't expecting 31 one flavors but more than 12. To end on a good note, the ice cream was a good temperature, and the staff was pleasant enough. I just wished I had a clean place to sit and enjoy it.
