Loxton Hotel Motel

After years of the same menu, the restaurant has finally introduced a new one. However, the changes are very minor and not particularly exciting. I decided to indulge in the Oysters Kilpatrick, priced at $39.90 per dozen. Unfortunately, they were the worst I have ever tasted. They were drowned in BBQ sauce and lacked any bacon or Worcestershire sauce. It was truly disgusting and not worth the money. I also tried the "Chicken Breast," which was just okay. I would advise avoiding it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This restaurant is a lovely spot for lunch. It has been recently renovated. I ordered the seniors lunch option, which was very reasonably priced. The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious.

The bistro offered delicious food and seating with a view of the bustling street and unpredictable weather. The staff provided excellent service.

On Holiday in Loxton and went with friends for Dinner. Service was fast and friendly, the food was good as well as a well stocked Salad and Veggie bar. Would hih\ghly recommend.

“Deluxe” room at $145 was overpriced compared to other similar accomodation in nearby towns and would consider it fair at $120? Check in was not as welcoming as previous nights in nearby towns and very robotic to the point we felt uncomfortable. Maybe been living in small town for too long and do not Appreciate what a delightful little piece of AUS this is? Not ideal in current hard times. Room was clean and comfortable but nothing special at all. Now the bistro staff were plentiful, pleasant and efficient. Drink and menu had a good range. Unfortunately we made the wrong choices for dinner selection of chefs specials on roast pork of the day and beef korma we are not fussy eaters however both were sent back uneaten. Both tasteless, cold, chewy and bland. Not much on either plate not of value. This was not queried by the pleasant waitress? Sorry will not be back.
