Dunkin' - Loxahatchee

What a terrible establishment!!! I walked in said good day as two men of Latino decent stand there one guys sweeping the other I can assume is a manager heavy set male says hi back as he cleans the top of machine on counter and THAT IS ALL. They continue their convo in espanol. I'm standing directly in front of them as he says to the younger guy/kid you have to help her, he makes a face and continues to sweep. I continue to wait and NO ONE HELPED ME SO I WALKED OUT AND NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME!!! Disgusting!!! This store should be closed down I've come in several times and had poor service. Won't return again. I'll find a better place with better service wHERE r EVERYONE IS SERVED, including black Latina's!!!

I went in for training today ended up waiting over an hour and kept getting told to wait , which I understand it was the morning rush. But I was called the wrong name and left sitting as if I had all the time in the world. Why pick a time for me to come in, if it is to be expectedly busy? Withdrew my application soon after. On top of that, I notice that the people waiting inside were hardly receiving service at all and I heard messed up orders over and over.

Went to get a donut for my boys after school. Asked for a chocolate frosted with sprinkles and they said they have no frosted donuts, then asked for chocolate munchkin and they said didn't have, asked for chocolate donut and they didn't have any. How does Dunkin run out of donuts, that's like Taco Bell running out of beans!! This hasn't even been the first time we encountered this issue at this location.
