Kfc - Lower Sackville

I always give this place the advantage of doubt. I don't know why. Give me a miss. Customer service is also iffy.

Every time I go there, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The store is not so busy. Must wait longer. The staff is unprofessional and rude. The manager said they can't do anything about the waiting period.

After reading some of the reviews of this KFC, I was hesitant to get food. The service was super fast and the food was as good as KFC. The service was also the first rate! Congratulations to the management and staff to turn a business that previously received terrible reviews. I recommend them and will go back again, based on my experience today!

Yesterday, go through for lunch, what a disappointment! No salt, no pepper, no napkins, no straws, no ketchup and no fork for my potatoes. I had to eat my potatoes with a chicken bone as a fork. And... the fires were cold and... gay because after our order we wait about 15 minutes in the line. It is always hit or miss with KFC. Should have gone to McDonalds, where he food and service are more consistent.

I cannot believe the wait I had for KFC in lower Sackville this evening. And had I known it would be that long I wouldn’t have waited. 1. Arrive at drive thru at 6:35 2. Get to window to order at 6:55 and was told...it would be 15 minutes for chicken 3. 7:17 get to window and asked if I could wait another 3-4 minutes for fresh chicken, fine. Waited this long, no turning back now. Rang in my order didn’t even give me a drink. Asked me to pull ahead. 4. Another 13 minutes later they FINALLY bring out my order but almost give it to someone else. How on earth is a place this disorganized that it took nearly an hour! I worked at kfc in my younger years and I know it takes 17 minutes to cook fresh chicken. Yes it was busy I could see that. But the supervisor should have been way more organized and prepared. Unreal.
