Bidra med feedbackI am a person that prefers small business for food vs chain restaurants. I been here multiple times because the food is really good. But in regards customer service and the lack of some menus items the reviews are correct. It’s not a one time thing for me it happens to me often since I work around the area. Also I have come in during business hours and sometimes they are closed. At this point I think today will be my last visit. :
Honestly not very impressed with this place. We went about 4 months ago. We went in around 1pm and they were out of the fundamentals to most meals/things we were interested in. Not to mention how dense the workers seem. Perhaps a book on grammar and customer service would help? It took about 5 minutes for us to even be acknowledged as well and no greeting which I noticed is a thing based on the other reviews. Once was enough for us to no want to go back. The girl didn't know answers to any of our questions either regarding THEIR menu. ?
I took ny daughter here to get a shake. Staff was friendly but couldn't tell me what a blender was. It's in their menu.. I asked what if I ordered one. She told me that they would have to call the owner to find out what it was. Also I paid $7 for a mediocre shake.Kid-friendliness: The place only had 1 other customer who had a little girl. Staff friendly.Parking: Big enough parking lot. It's in a strip mall.
Thought we'd give this place a shot, since our usualy go to was closed. Walked in and was rudely told they are closed, even though the giant sign on the door said they were open and there was people eating inside. Maybe try fixing your hours on Google. We are always looking for ways to support local businesses but won't be coming back here.
Took forever to get two waffles and ice cream and there was nobody else there. The overall dish, for $10, is overpriced and not that great. The strawberry syrup is that fake strawberry super sweet sauce and the sprinkles made it all so grainy. Skip this one.
