Little Delights Bakery - Lowell

I started ordering from them during COVID and their tres leches are the best!! Now they don’t offer free delivery so the frequency of ordering is less. However highly recommend getting sorted dozen cupcakes

I like little delights a lot dont get me wrong the snacks and drinks are delicious. But customer service can be a hit or miss, today I went to little delights with my friend and we ordered two drinks and a cookie. I added a tip and it declined, because I didn’t have enough money transferred into my account. She told me kindly but said it very loud. (Mind you not many people in the bakery) I said “okay sorry I have to transfer more money into my account.” I finally did it and asked my friend if she could hand her my card. Because there was a few things on me. She said “your card still declined” and threw my card on the table and not just threw it but said it very loud once again. I just find it disrespectful and not kind. Thank you.

My wife received dipped strawberries for a birthday gift. This was a surprise gift and unfortunately neither myself or her were present when it was first delivered. After some miscommunication with myself and the bakery for the second delivery.. this bakery was able to provide the delivery! Turning a frustrating experience around! I appreciate the extra mile or miles this bakery and the delivery driver went to for their customers!

Delicious baked goods, loads of drink options, and ample comfy seating. Their default flavored iced teas are too sweet for my tastes, but they also have unsweetened teas and are happy to do a little of each to customize it.

Best bakery in town. Best quality and great prices. Cookies are so good. Love them. So much. I cry in bed sometimes thinking about these cookies. Tears of happiness. I've changed my sheets twice this week.
