Chili's Grill - Lowell

Overall a good experience. The food was standard chili food, which is always pretty good. There was literally no music on and two other people during lunch on a Sunday. Just made it hard to have a conversation without seeming like everyone was listening. Also the kitchen didn't have that same feeling, hence I got to hear about ALL of the drama the worker had. Overall, good food, fast and nice service. If the radio was on, and I was a bit farther from the kitchen, it would have been a 4.5 star in my opinion. Also the back has a bit of work needed around the dumpsters, not a good impression when you first park and walk up to the building.

The waitress was great.... I just never got a refill I asked for never really came back. I think the chips are getting to thin.... we either need chunky salsas or thicker chips. It's starting to drip through. My burger was good though

We love chili's! We go for mostly everyone and our family's birthdays. We just recently went for my birthday and I was able to substitute a Burger for a bean Burger for all other delicious entree options it was. An excellent amazing time and they sang me Happy Birthday. It was such a great time I love it there and so does my family.

The food was slightly above average and the service was good. The drinks are all juice. I’ve gone here multiple times and no matter what drink I get, it’s always heavy on the juice. I’m not trying to get tanked but I would like to know that there is some kind of alcohol in the drink.

My husband and I have ordered take out here several times and have always enjoyed the food, so we decided to go here for lunch on Sunday. Restaurant atmosphere: We were seated beside the bar (we didn't ask to sit there or want to sit there) and there were large TVs everywhere I looked with five TVs directly in front of me. If I wanted to watch TV while eating, I would eat at home. The music was also very loud which made it difficult for us to have a conversation. There was a family seated in the booth next to ours who were extremely loud and obnoxious. They were using Facetime and carrying on loud conversations, and using strong profanity. They also jostled the bench seat (connected to my seat) multiple times, so my seat kept getting bumped. Cleanliness: The menus (kept at the table) were grimy. I'm not sure if they ever get cleaned. I had to step around food on the floor while walking to the restroom, and the restroom floor was very sticky. Disgusting. Service: When we placed our order, I asked about the ingredients in the chili. Our server did not know the answer, but I do appreciate that she went and checked and then came back to let me know the answer. Overall, though, she was not very attentive. I understand that most restaurants are understaffed, but I could see her leaning against the bar drinking water. She didn't check in on us to see if we needed anything/if the food was okay unless we flagged her down. Our drink glasses were empty for much of the meal. I ordered the bottomless soup/salad/chips, but never had the option to refill my soup which sat empty for at least twenty minutes. When we finally got our server's attention to refill our drinks, she brought them and ran off again before I could ask for more soup. I would not have ordered that if I had known it wouldn't get refilled. She never came back to see if we needed anything else/wanted dessert/needed a box, etc. By that point, we were about ready to go and decided it wasn't worth waiting to try to get her attention again. Food: The food was very tasty, as has always been our experience with take out from here. We will continue to order take out, but will likely never eat here again.
