Bonchon Lowell

Like other Bonchon, chicken here is delicious l. My baby love the Christmas tree and I love the big restroom with clean changing table.

After reading some mixed reviews about this particular Bonchon location concerning wait times and service, my family and I decided to give it a try on a Sunday afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The server was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived promptly and was of high quality and generous portion sizes. The chicken wings were especially delicious, some of the best I've had in a while. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking, but still suitable for families. The only downside was the slightly higher price point, which prevented me from giving them a perfect score. Despite this, I still recommend trying out this restaurant, particularly for their wings.

I had to update my review. Three years ago, this place was amazing. We continued to order from Bonchon hoping that it was just an off night, but after spending a lot of money on food for a birthday yesterday, we were disappointed. The only thing that was good was the fried rice. The boneless strips were much smaller than they used to be and overcooked to the point of being dry and tough. They were practically inedible and we were stuck with a pricey 20 piece order. We tried both the soy garlic and Korean BBQ flavors, but they had almost no discernable difference in taste. The Korean tacos, my all-time favorite, were soggy and falling apart for the first time, lacking flavor. Even the coleslaw had changed since our last order, now tasting bland and generic. It's disheartening to see one of my favorite chicken spots decline in quality. With so many other options for chicken in Lowell, there's no reason to continue being disappointed by Bonchon. The fried chicken and fried rice were decent, but not what I would consider authentic Korean food. Despite being busy on a Friday night, we were seated promptly. The waitress was a bit slow but friendly. The udon soup was disappointing, filled with mushrooms and little else. However, the garlic soy chicken and fried rice were highlights of the meal.

WORST PLACE EVER Y all do not wanna come in here and get anything to eat especially if you 're people of color. Thats what happened to me when i kept asking this guy for attention and he didn 't say a word. All he said was his name DAVID He then passed by me and walked away. I was standing there for over 47min. Dont even bother y all black people.

The food delicious love the KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN you could pick a choice of Soy Garlic, Spicy or half and half is so crispy and delicious . Love the pot stickers it so finger licking good . Customer service great the place look amazing .
