Ole-jax Drive-in - Lovington

Employees cussing in the kitchen, they didn’t write down half of the food we ordered, we waited a while for our food and then we didn’t get what we ordered, they didn’t even try and make it right, I would have paid for what they left off but they didn’t even bother to fix anything…i will not drive back to Lovington to eat there again

First fast food place I ate at since I moved to lovington and have been back 3 more times lol. Good food

I travel from Far and i like to stop by and eat at my favorite high school memory restaurants ole Jax. I like to take my children to get ice cream as they have the best ice cream. This time we traveled to visit and stop buy it was very poor service as the girl at the window was rude, she took our order didn’t say anything after. I had to ask if I parked on the side, then there is a huge sign on the side window that says closed to use dine in or the drive through window. No one waved us down to go back through and we had been there for 30 mins, so we had to go back through drive through grabbed our food. Once we got our food and drinks we opened up bag and it was like they just threw everything in the bag, our fried pickles were mushy, slimy and coming apart and the burger was mash and fries where everywhere. So sad that my favorite place has become like this.

They were very slow with service. Hamburger and fries were cold. Employees were not friendly for being in customer service. Not going back!
