Kfc - Lovington

Medium road to eat. here is nothing special. if they want fried chicken and don't want that chaos to house this is okay.

Just poor service with food presentation and customer service. Their phone has been busy for 4 plus hours. Sent text and no response. Corporate just attempts to buy you off with a coupon. Says nothing about trying to contact store manager or franchisee. Utterly ridiculous. I would not use this establishment but only one close to me. On top of poor sevice it cost $26.00 for 2 people to have dinner. Do not, by any means use this place for food.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries and drink. Cashier was very polite and friendly. Drink was good and cold, fries were cold, I usually eat them first while they are supposed to be hot, they weren't. Spicy chicken wasn't, I think they accidentally put a plain chicken in the sandwich, I think the sauce had a hint of spiciness, pickles were tough, how in the hell do you get tough pickles?????

In Loveton, NM, I didn't catch the name of the person at the drive-thru, but my receipt says "Makayla." Regardless, she was very nice and sweet. I recall that there had been rude staff in the past, but this time Makayla greatly improved my experience. I would definitely recommend visiting and thanking Makayla for being so friendly and welcoming!

I attempted to place an order online, but the website was quite confusing. So, I decided to walk up to the drive-thru to place my order. A very nice lady assisted me and even brought our order to our truck. She was very helpful and professional, especially considering I’m a senior citizen.
