Le Jeanne D'arc - Lourdes

A family restaurant with very good service, the waiter speaks Spanish and also have the cards in Spanish. The food is ideal to go with children with pizzas, burgers, eggs with potatoes, etc. They also serve a very recommended typical beer. Prices are somewhat high but are quite well compared to other locals.

Horrendous service, manager stood about doing no work, we asked for water and did not get any. Waiters constantly dropped cutlery on the floor, the restaurant was very noisy with waiters and bar staff constantly shouting to others across the restaurant. Food was very basic and the waiter was expecting a tip at the end of the meal. A waiter even took away my plate before I had finished eating. The worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. Go to Fawlty Towers for better service and food!!

Staff was so rude when he asked his colleague were we English they start speaking in French and said they were booked up. I sat across in another cafe and clearly is wasn’t booked out. Do not waste your time here my first time to Lourdes and my first impression has being ruined let’s hope the next few days make up for this awful experience

Had lunch here, we choose fish, chips salad. Massive portion of fresh fish. Excellent value for money and the food was lovely. Place spotless and staff very friendly and helpful

Different meals. Fresh products are really excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff of course. Every time I get heavy every year, I come here and it's always as good.
