Ice creams from the take away counter are good value and service good. After that it goes downhill, table service was so slow and staff rude! Also charge 5.50 for a milkshake that claims on the menu to be made with ice cream completely untrue, it was regular milk with a dash of choc sauce for that price. Crepes nice but very expensive

Been visiting this cafe for years as has become a family tradition with great pancakes... however this year staff have become incredibly rude... I can’t believe the manager still has a job! She is constantly screaming at the staff inside and completely ignores customers. When you do ask for something, she tuts or raises her eyebrows like your an inconvenience being there. This has happened on every occasion we have visited this summer, very sad that a family tradition that used to be fun and enjoyable has turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. PLEASE sort out the rude staff...particularly the management as I can’t imagine anybody would visit more than once!

My sister and I had a lovely visit to le crepe for some ice cream and waffles. The staff were very polite and friendly. The waffles were AMAZING with a wide range of topping options and an extremely generous portion size. We left feeling very satisfied and will definitely be returning again soon!

We sat down for an early evening drink, it wasn’t very busy and there were plenty of staff. We waited for 15 minutes and not one of their waiting team even acknowledged us. They just stood around chatting, so we just upped and left. Won’t bother going again.
