Bidra med feedbackA few lessons in customer service and southern hospitality may be in order.Standing in the entry waiting for a table and the waitperson walked by me a few times serving drinks. As she was busy I didn’t stop or bother her. When she stopped near me, for a moment, I asked if I could just sit anywhere. Her rude response, “You can sit anywhere you want. You were just standing there, so I didn’t know what you wanted.”Gee, you see and walk past a person standing in the entry of restaurant for a number of minutes, wouldn’t common sense be to ask if they were needing something? If actually talking to patrons is too much, maybe a sign that says, “please seat yourself” so people aren’t “just standing there” might be a great idea.
Definitely try this place out if you have some time before your flight. The service was pretty good (actually, there was one server who was amazing and the rest were kinda rude). But the food came out fast and HOT! I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I polished the whole thing off. Their wedge salads looked incredible. I didn't have one, but the person next to me did. The prices were fair given the portion sizes. The seating area was big enough so I could eat comfortably and keep my luggage close to me. All in all, I would go back.
This place is very overpriced for breakfast. They also only have 4 things on the breakfast menu and it take so long to get your food. Then it shows up not as described on the menu.
Food is great. It’s super crowded but that can’t be helped in an airport. Server was next-level rude when taking my order and in such a hurry that he only listened to half of what I was saying as he walked away so he got it wrong. Snapped at me and said “you need to hurry up”. I was like less than 20 seconds, just asked a question about whether I could leave olives off.
This place is always overcrowded with waiter/waitresses staff that take forever to come to you. Don’t know why they can’t make the place bigger. And to top things off today (when their was nowhere to sit) I had to go to the TO GO counter and they told me I could not order a pizza as they had too many orders…….Unbelievable! Never been told before that I could not order something. The Pizza is good when I had it here before but OMG is it overpriced.
