Bob Evans

I will miss this location. The lady's was nice. Food was good and never nasty or cold. I only had one bad experience here and that was with a lady that did not want to bring my husband water, due to him choking.

Service isn’t that quick and they are usually crowded

It needed to close. Had one too many instances of being ignored by a white waitress but she will seat a white old man AND take his order promptly. I had to wait for a black waitress to come over and take MY order. She took care of me. I do not agree with hitting our dc with tips (added) if we already left it on the table. Its like an extra charge. Not sorry it wasn't shutdown sooner.

Smells weird when you walk in. Food is great but the smell....

I have been a server for several years that included serving at Bob Evans for 2 years. I saw that the reviews were poor but I love Bob Evans and decided to give it a try. I took my family of five at 7:30pm for dinner. Here's how it went... We were sat by the manager. He seemed nice. The server came promtly and took drink orders. We then put in our food order. When we received our food my son had a sausage link that was burnt and as hard as a rock. I asked for a new one. I had ordered a cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich. They brought my turkey bacon melt out. One piece of bread with one slice of turkey. No bacon, no cheeses, no lettuces or tomato. I sent it back it was then fixed and delivered as pictured. Still no tomato or any garnish. Soup was luke warm and no bacon or onion on it. My husband and daughter didn't get their sauces they ordered with their dinner. The manager never came to check on us (it wasn't busy). We sat for at least 5 min with a table full of dirty dishes (no pre bussing) before i decided to complain. When I complained to the manager I was not happy with his response. He was not apologetic and didn't seem to care much at all. At the end of it all he did comp our meal 50%. This place is a hot mess and a horrible representation of Bob Evans.
