SCAMMERI pre-ordered our Christmas morning breakfast with her at the beginning of November. I got a confirmation email and paid. December 23rd when I was supposed to pick up our food I called her, texted, emailed, sent a message on Facebook Messenger, and never got a hold of her or got a call back. I went to the business address, which is a home, people were clearly inside the house but would not answer the door and the doorbell had been removed. I've had to open a dispute with our bank to get my money back.This completely ruined our Christmas morning breakfast and was very upsetting.

RUN!!! I am another victim of Katie and Bluebird Confections and Creations. She totally scammed me for my daughter's wedding. We were having only appetizers and met several times in person to plan an incredible menu, multiple texts to confirm, had a contract...no detail was left unaddressed. Biggest day of a person's life and all. This was at a very nice venue, live band, not an small affair. She took thousands of dollars from us, was scarce the week leading up to the wedding to the point that I had to ask her on Thursday if I needed to look for another caterer! She finally showed up at 4:30 PM for a reception that started at 6 PM with NOTHING prepped. The wedding planners had to be in the kitchen skewering and plating- which threw off everything else. She didn't even bring spoons or serving pieces! She left without paying the servers, didn't settle the facility fee with the venue and took my personal serving piece that I had lent. She was contracted to bring food for 200 with all quantities listed for every app. We ran out of food quickly, and she told the planner it was only for 160. Lies are too numerous to count. Turns out, she borrowed $400 from her dad to make what little she brought- to feed 200 people. It ruined the entire night for me and I will never get that back. She has deposits for 4 events that I referred her for and isn't returning any calls, texts, nor answering her door. I was a fool and trusted her and paid via Venmo. The others paid with credit cards so they may get refunds but not sure. She has just taken down her website in the past few days so hopefully no one else gets scammed. Her prices sound great because she has NO intention of delivering what she has promised.

If I could give her a zero, I would do so. Placed a large order at Christmas and when I went to pick it up, she said her electricity had gone out, she would need more time, and would call me when the order was ready. Never got a call and repeated attempts to contact her were ignored. Gave her multiple opportunities to make this right by refunding the money and she chose not to do so. I do not recommend her at all. There are many other reputable and honest individuals out there to choose from, she is not one of them.

Ordered, last minute call running behind. Give her a pass and said I'd get something another time if she's so behind. A Month later reschedule my original item and add on another thing. Again when I'm about to head out to pick up I get a text that they need more time. Made arrangements to pick up later in the day. Message a few times, no response. Call, no answer. Next day, no response. Next day, no response. Found others online she ghosted as well. I've now been blocked on Facebook. We have other mutual friends, she's alive, just fixed chili yesterday. Just scamming. Put credit card dispute in with my bank and with Square that she uses for credit card transactions. We shall see. Have her address and phone number. D way to run a scam.
