Huge shoutout to the Ziggi’s employees this morning who made it work seamlessly when their system was down. They were so friendly and professional, and I truly appreciate it.

The drink are great, and the people are amazing. The service is friendly, welcoming, and spot on. They make you feel like you belong.

I ordered an iced latte with almond milk. For the 20oz, it came out to about $6-$7, which was about as expected. Overall I like it a lot. The espresso is a pretty mild but tasty blend. Easy to drink and solid flavor.

I don 't know why they bother selling reusable cups, cause they don 't have a system for people actually using them. 9 times out of 10, they give me my drink in a single use cup. This last time, I got an Italian Soda, and when she realized it was supposed to be in my cup, she just poured it in. IT 'S CARBONATED. It created a huge mess, that she didn 't bother with, and then my drink was flat.Also, I 'm still, after several days, trying to get their customer service to refund me, because they charged me extra for a donation that I didn 't agree to. Watch your receipt.
