Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Louisville

I wouldn't even give this place a star, but people need to know that before they come. don't go to the fools. it's absolutely grumpy and the fact that I didn't even get my food was even worse. we had a few questions for an article/especially on the menu, but the woman could not understand us and taken forever to actually give us a proper answer.(technically, she never did.) she never understood our order and was finally upset with us. when she asked us to go to the front window, but never spoke to us? what kind of service is that? No one asked us anything at all and we finally went through without food that was absolutely time-consuming. never again.

One of the worst popeyes to get them going into the young lady was on her phone, I had to wait for her to take mine I did not have much, but she still got the wrong I did not understand, I ask after no legs I legs in my order I do not get it going in I mean that the load must be cleaned it is a shame that I have to go out of my way to get good customers service

To 10 o'clock. only 1 car in the drive in front of me. the chicken-sart comb ordered with frits. let them open my meal at work and it is fish and rice. there were only 1 other customers there. beautiful frustrating

I hate being this guy, but I feel the need to forward my experience so that they know what they're getting with this place. I ordered with the app, chose one of their offers, in which I later said that this load was not involved. I arrived 10 minutes after my order. I went to a hill that sat under heat lamps. side, biscuits, etc. also. they were not busy at all. this huh had definitiw for at least one hour or two. it was obvious. I wait for my order when the chef came in from a very obvious smoke break, couldn't wash his hands and then immediately came to argue with the mod about his pauses. I wait very politely 10 minutes to make the mod my order, which literally stood in front of her seat under heat lamps that I was sure that I didn't keep eating hot enough. they said they didn't have everything I wanted. I got the food and I didn't get any straw or serviettes. the taste of eating was okay, but for 30 dollars for two people it was worth it. the bathrooms were rough and it was obvious that the kitchen was also. 2/5 because they tried, but they do not have the right people. Probably because they offer a sign outside $10/hr to apply. I've been a real work cook for 12 years and understand how it is, but this place has to be avoided

It was OK, normally I don't eat out because I cook but my stove is broken so I had to order something to eat. Chicken was OK nothing to rave about and the Fries were old and limp. It took away the hunger and that's all.
