Pizza Hut - Louisville

The last three times were terrible. it is either burned or dry. we ordered today and there was almost no marinara on one of the pizzas.

Rude tries to make an order, do not have a menu in front of me, which calls everything out quickly! I don't know why people don't think they're doing an order. customer service 0!

Ordered chicken Alfredo on a Sunday then again on the following Thursday... On Sunday they told me all the Alfredo was frozen and it was too late to cook.... On Thursday I placed order then 20 mins later( as I was pulling up to pick up my dinner) was called by pizza hut and told that they were out of Alfredo.....

They were friendly and helpful, the night we got pizza they were so busy, but they took the time to help us. Very nice.

The absolute worst service I’ve received from a pizza restaurant that I didn’t get a pizza from. I called to find out what time they closed and was told 7pm. I called back later at 6:13pm to place an order and was told by the same person that they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night. I asked again what time they closed, and was told in 20mins. (6:33pm). When I asked if they closed at 7pm they told me they would check with a manager to see if they could accept and order. I waited on hold for 5 mins, then they hung up. I called back and the “supervisor” picked up and lie and said that I must haves called they wrong place. After a lot of back forth she ended up putting the original person that I spoke with back on the phone. That person who I spoke to originally lied and said I didn’t speak with her and laughed. I let them know how unprofessional this whole experience was and told them that I’d leave this review.
