Nouvelle Bottle - Louisville

We finished the evening in the Nouvelle Weinbar. If you haven't been here yet, this is such a chic yet comfortable experience. This is also in the heart of Niloo, but it has such a great casual ambience. The summer time I have a wonderful terrace that lets you forget that you have been in the middle of downtown today since New Year. We'll be right there after it turned 12 A! So we spent our first hours of the new year here. The ambience is beautiful. We had a place on a cozy couch and ordered champagne. The selections were from this world for vacation. The opener of the wine bar is a degree 3 sommelier. So you know it's going to be incredible and it lived up to the hype. This was a wonderful way to ring in the new year. You have courses on wine and beautiful music evenings to come in spring/summer. I am only grateful for this wonderful discovery and wine!

New Year's Eve in here was awesome! The place was packed but we were able to walk right in and get a bottle of champagne from the bar top. They do ask that if you plan to drink outside that you use their plastic glassware which they provided for us since it was so packed inside. No heaters were outside but the weather was nice so we didn't mind but may be something they could consider for those chilly nights to accommodate more people!

Good mix of people mid 40's married couple on a date night, party of bridesmaids with Bachelorette having bottles of wine and they brought a mystic to give readings with tarot/crystal ball.

I was walking through Nulu and saw a sign advertising a wine bar. I thought Nouvelle was brand new, but was surprised I had just stumbled upon it! Warm, inviting interior and outdoor patio seating as well. We took at the bar and were immediately greeted. Did not catch our servers' names, but they were all friendly and helpful. There are no flights, but you have the option to do half glasses on certain wines. A few snack options including charcuterie. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved enjoying a bottle of wine in the garden. It was a perfect setting. There was live music, but we couldn't hear it in the back of the garden. Service was good. We had the Charcuterie and I didn't care for the meat selections but that's personal taste. Excited to go again. I'm sure it will be divine in early fall
