Little Caesars Pizza - Louisville

Ordered delivery and took 2 hours to get food and it was the wrong pizza. A good thing I will say is that the manager was very attentive and friendly and apologetic for the mistake. Drove to get real pizza and free crazy bread for the trouble.

Pizza was hot and fresh and not to bad but the cashier was a tad bit rude. It was not so clean either. Prob could of used a sweepin and moppin taken over the floor! No smile, no thank you, just tone of voice made me think she was prob having a bad day or something! But other than that it was good, NOT GREAT!

I've tried stopping in this location a couple times for a quick pizza, however they never have any hot and ready to go like they advertise. And they don't tell you that until after you've paid. If you have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza just go somewhere better like Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Update June 1rst I've been coming to this Little Caesars for more than eight months they have not failed me yet I'm talking almost on an every 3 day basis and have been solid no matter what employee has been behind that counter five stars Plus Update June 1rst I said sausage..smh. New blonde girl is racial profiling and I have just paid the toll.. she knew what I asked for ..and handed me this...knowing I have a work schedule to adhere to.... Js folks

We waited over 30 mins on our food which was fine they were busy but when we got home this is what one of our pizzas looked like we picked it up out of the portal how did someone not notice this before putting in there?
